Somatic coaching helps you work directly with your nervous system, the body’s wiring, so you feel calm, energized, and fully present. By tuning in to physical sensations, chronic tension loosens and anxiety settles. As your emotions, thoughts, and body cues align, everyday life feels steadier and simpler.
If you spend days feeling flat, foggy, or numb, unable to spark energy no matter how hard you try, it isn’t a lack of willpower. It’s your nervous system locked in a protective loop. Somatic coaching shows you how to tap your body’s wisdom and regain real, lasting vitality.
Many people cope by shutting down feelings, muscling through pain, or masking old patterns. That approach can keep life moving for a while, but it never solves the root problem. When you begin to listen to and follow your body’s signals, the nervous system rewires itself. Balance no longer demands constant effort or vigilance. It becomes your natural state.

A Client-Centered Partnership
I believe the deepest answers are already inside you. My role is to create a space of safety, respect, and curiosity where your own wisdom can surface. I explain each step along the way so you know why we’re doing it and how it supports your goals, and I actively welcome your questions, feedback, and honest no’s.
Your choices set the pace and direction as we follow your body’s signals together. I hold no preset agenda for who you should become. The aim is for you to inhabit your own unique self with greater ease and confidence.
Training & Scope
I’m a coach who graduated from New Ventures West, and I’m completing the final year of the Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner program through Somatic Experiencing International. These paths shape a body-centered, goal-oriented style tuned to your needs.
Coaching, Not Psychotherapy
Focus: Body awareness, self-regulation skills, and embodiment
What I don’t do: Diagnose or treat mental illness
Collaboration: If you already work with a therapist, or decide you need one for deeper clinical support, I’m glad to coordinate so our approaches complement each other.
Clear boundaries like these create a safe, collaborative space where your body’s wisdom and your personal goals guide every session.
We’ll explore your emotional, relational, cognitive, somatic, and spiritual landscape and how each dimension influences the issue you want to address. Based on what we discover, I’ll suggest tailored practices, such as movement, reflection exercises, or readings, to strengthen the areas you choose to focus on. We’ll continue to observe the effects in your life and adapt together.
Confidentiality
Everything you share stays between us. I never disclose client names, session details, or my client list. Your experience remains strictly private. These boundaries help create the safety needed for deep work.

A complimentary 30-minute consultation to explore fit and answer any questions.
60-minute, one-on-one sessions held remotely via Microsoft Teams.
$150 per session.
